Andrew MacLean

Managing Director

Andrew began his career in executive search with Spencer Stuart in 1995. He subsequently worked with Diversified Search, conducting research, strategy, and full life cycle search management across various sectors for positions ranging from Director to C-Suite and Board of Directors. In 2000, Andrew joined Jones-Parker/Starr, the pioneer and preeminent search to search firm for retained executive search firms, leading search strategy, candidate development, engagement and client management for clients including top 20 national and international search firms, specialty boutiques, and hedge funds. Following the passing of a founding partner and dissolution of the firm in 2007, Andrew launched his own practice providing search for retained search firms, in-house executive search and talent acquisition.

Andrew holds a BA from Connecticut College and also studied at Northwestern University.
